End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: By creating an account and using this app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read it carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the app (“Service”), you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. No Liability
SmartPanda.life or its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, app malfunctions, data loss, or other issues arising from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that use of the app is at your own risk.

3. User Conduct
You agree to:

• Not post vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate comments.

• Act in a respectful and courteous manner when interacting with others on the app.

• Not spam or misuse the Service in any way.

• Provide truthful, accurate, and legal information when entering data into the app.
  
  

4. Liability for User-Provided Information
The owner and developers of the application cannot be held liable for any false, inaccurate, or illegal information provided by users. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you input.

5. Termination and Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to block or terminate your access to the Service, including paid accounts, at our discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in inappropriate conduct. Such termination shall be without refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. No Refunds
Paid accounts, once terminated due to breach of this Agreement, or not, are not eligible for refunds.

7. Assumption of Responsibility
You understand and agree that all information you provide is your responsibility and that any consequences resulting from false or illegal information are solely yours.

8. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Ecuador. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert appropriate jurisdiction, e.g., State of Arizona, USA, or Ecuador].
